Titan Racing Formula is one of California State University, Fullerton's longest mechanical engineering legacy projects. Throughout the academic year, a team of senior undergraduate mechanical engineering students design, manufacture, test, and compete their own year's version of the formula-style race car; the 2023-2024 year's being Titan XVII; with the goal of competing in the Formula SAE Collegiate Design Series Competition. This project gives the students the opportunity to gain practical hands-on experience, as well as apply the engineering principles they have studied throughout their academic career.
